Software downloads

The applications offered by Inspeech can be used either directly from its website or are downloadable from the website. We do not provide our applications in physical form (e.g. CD, DVD, etc.) for reasons of environmental protection, reduction of resources (paper, plastic, etc.) as well as for reasons of faster service to users with the inclusion of any updates on the programs, directly in the downloadable file.

License Restriction

The use of the content of this Website, with the exception of the use of the applications in accordance with their individual terms of use, is limited to personal, informational and non-commercial use. It is prohibited to reproduce, transfer, distribute, change, modify, exploit or store part or all of the content, in any form, without the prior written consent of Indigital SA, except for reasons of strictly personal use.

Returns Policy

The company Indigital SA, as the owner of the inspeech.gr website, may offer refunds for certain purchases from inspeech.gr depending on the refund policies.

• The buyer is entitled to request a reduction of consideration or termination of the contract, only if the lack of response to the properties of the software is material, so serious that it justifies an immediate reduction of consideration or termination of the contract and cannot be remedied. The termination of the contract is done by termination to the supplier.

• In addition to the above, in the event that less than 48 hours have passed since the purchase of an app or an in-app purchase, you can request a refund through Inspeech. The decision is usually made within 1 working day, but it can take up to 5 working days.

Payments Security
